They knew that I would be living there for only 2.5 years, and needed a house for when I was building the Trinity Hospital. They worked well with the price range I had given them. They new I could qualify for a much more expensive house, but they never tried to sell up a bigger house. They stayed within my range and found me the perfect house.

The house sold in one day!!! At the asking price!! Also they were able to negotiate down the sellers costs of closing to the new buyers. This was a tricky house to sell. The house is really a duplex, with two serperate owners. But it is legally setup as a condo, with a common water line. This added complexity to the sale as they had to work with the neighboring condo owner to get the sale done.
